@johnythelast Suggest contacting that store directly for them to correct. Similar experience to some at Gamestop in USA. They had to go back to store for them to correct and issue the code.
I recommend using twitter in resolving the issue. It really worked! I was able to get the pre-order code after contacting Amazon Help on it. They were much more attentive than the actual Help section on their web site!
