Let me see what else I can find out why that's happening.
- @Straatford87 I was told by customer service that I should uninstall and reinstall the game from the disc. That there was a sync error? It sounds sketchy to me and that following those directions wouldn't work, since the data would be the same thing.

Did you figure out how to do this I really want all the cosmetics and that’s the one holding me back
- @DarkNight0020 Typical EA/CG, no communication when something goes wrong. It is almost a joke. I guess the best thing to do is not buy anything from EA again, especially pre-order stuff.

Amazon reached out to me and sent me this email at the end of November for the status of DLC content codes from "Star Wars Fallen Order (ps4)". This is what the reply (sent Nov 28) stated:
"The codes for DLC content for pre-ordered "Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order PlayStation 4" are still in process and expected to be go live on December 20, 2019...
You'll receive your codes by email once the code goes live...I kindly request you to please wait till December 18, 2019 12:00:00 PM PST so that you'll receive your codes on your email...
In worst case, if you don't receive codes then please contact us back; so that we'll go ahead and issue a code for you right away".
As of writing this, I still haven't received anything.
I have the same problem. My orange crystal is missing as well as everything else
