Lost All GameStop Exclusive Content

I redeemed my GameStop exclusive content and edited my lightsaber at the very first workbench where BD1s foot is fixed by Cal. I progressed through a majority of the campaign with the full Mygeeto lightsaber set, a green blade and BD1s all orange skin, all but the blade being GameStop exclusive material, clearly marked as premium in game. Around 35% completion, you are captured by an agent of the empire you find yourself stripped of BD1, and your lightsaber. When the lightsaber was returned to Cal in game, IT WAS NO LONGER CUSTOMIZED. The lightsaber tossed to Cal in the arena was the default lightsaber from the beginning of the game. I initially noticed this because I had been using a green blade for the entirety of the campaign, and because of my distaste for the default lightsaber as it stood.  
After successfully completing the mission/being rescued, and now aboard the Mantis, I immediately went to the workshop to re-customize my lightsaber, only to find that all of the GameStop exclusive content was no longer available as if I never purchased the Deluxe addition. At first it was only lightsaber content that was unavailable as I could still change BDs skin and the Mantis skin, however after I quit the game and reloaded a save, I noticed that those were now gone as well.

I tried a hard resent, and re-downloading the game more than once.
I then reached out to EA and after waiting for 5 hours to be connected with EAs customer service, and trying to explain the issue for an additional 3 hours , I was meet with an accusation of lying to get free content. I was told that ”this was not a bug because it didn’t effect any one else” and I either was too early in the game to use the content or I simply didn’t purchase it. I have a copy of my receipt, along with a clip of me playing on my Xbox which clearly shows BD in his premium skin. I was extremely disappointed to be insulted by customer support while trying to report a glitch/bug.
