Lost Gamestop receipt for Battle of Jakku

I pre-ordered SW Battlefront from game stop but lost my receipt. I went to the store to see if they had a backup code so I can get early access to the Battle of Jakku and they said it wasn't showing up in their system anymore. Is there a way to get one from EA?

Unfortunately your chances of getting a code for it is low, try to find your receipt as we can't do anything more for it here.

If you have a GameStop account you can check your purchase history and it'll show there that you have made a pre-order and it would also have a number next to it. You can use this number so they find your previous purchase. Stores keep a record of sales, so there's no way they can't find it by the way. :D
