Lost XP in the Zeffo Ice Caves

Summarize your bug In the Ice Caves on Zeffo there are some ice slides where the player must jump, Force Push through a wall, wall run into the wind on a wall to the right, jump and wall run on the left, jump and wall run in the right again, and then finally jump and catch a rope to land to safety. If the player dies in the middle of this sequence (which is easy to do), their experience points from before are at the beginning of the slide with no way to collect them. I died here just shy of collecting another upgrade, and died again trying to get my experience points back.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die in the ice caves area where I experienced this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? The player loses experience points.
What do you expect to see? The player to be able to retrieve the experience points.
