Hi,

So when I launch the game I got this error

Of course I did all the basic steps : antivirus deactivated, game files whitelisted, reboot, update the drivers, everything short of reinstalling the game. And when it's running it's smooth as hell so my computer is probably not at fault (except for hardware failure maybe)

Yesterday I got this same problem, I resolved it by deleting some pak and revalidating files. But today I got it again, and this time I have no time to do that, I'm back from work, I wanted to slice some stormtrooper quickly, not troubleshooting it's already my job.

It solved itself yesterday. The game launched fine. I think it could very well be my hard drive

Error Message below
Game never loads, no screen at all loads. This immediately pops up when I try to launch.
Help plz!

The "Verify your installation" part of that error indicates that right clicking the game in Origin and then choosing Repair should resolve this.

Yes i know, I already did that and it solved the problem. But it's back. I shouldn't have to validate files twice in two days

No, you should not. Possibly your hard drive is starting to fail?

I hope we get a patch for all of this soon. There seem to be multiple big issues revolving around the game trying to access the .pak files such as these crashes upon startup and I myself have had daily crashes while playing due to errors with the .pak files. Beyond frustrating...

@Major-TruieTruie I had the same problem after the update. The game would fail to launch. There was no dialogue or anything, the game just showed as starting in the launcher (steam/origin) and then reverted the profile status to online. I repaired and changed my language while I was at it to English (I play in Russian) and that is when I had the code 4054. Repairing the game failed. I reverted back to Russian and now its fine. I am not sure if that solves your problem, but it seems like a viable solution to some people like myself.
