LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 200] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3

Summarize your bug The game freezes and crashes back to Windows after playing the game for a bout 2-3 minutes. I get the following error message: - LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 200] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes for a second and then crashes back to Windows desktop.
What do you expect to see? The game playing!

  • @BzzdLghtyr I think I have fixed it.

    At first I thought it was my drivers, but they were all up to date.

    My Origin launcher was not pushing through any updates, so that appeared to be up to date.

    It turns out all I had to do was to right click on the game launch file in Origin launcher and select repair.

    The game has not crashed since.

    glad you found a fix

    I gathered you saw the multiple norton crashes in the dxdiag along with the origin web helper service , may be why origin wasnt pushing updates
