I am having the same issue on a fresh install. it is crashing so often i cannot make it out of the first area.

Gotcha, can you try these steps https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers to ensure you have the latest drivers installed and let me know if that helps?
