Solved

Main screen missing all text

a list of everything iv done with no effect

              *uninstalled Origin & reinstalled

              * uninstalled the game & reinstalled

              *done clean boots

*removed all video drivers & and reinstalled

this is serisously anoyying the hell out of me. everything everyone else has said works. simply does not.

and even if i desided to refund this (and i seriously am concidering this)

i only have 24 hours to do it sense i have "launched" the game. even if i cant play it!

AND even if i do the refund page only showed the game. not the 15 dollar unlock thing

so as it stands im out  $32 dollars. or at very minumum $15 (but more then likely $32 as im leaving tonight and wont be even near my computer for another 2 days)

I'll guess that the 2nd item is the Season Pass? That wouldn't be eligible for an automated Great Game Guarantee, but in a case like this I think support would be able to make an exception. You can reach out to them via this link: https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/

Back on the issue, going through some of the older reports of this one person reported that updating their Windows helped. Perhaps you're already updated or you have your own reasons to not update, but it may be worth a shot.

I suspect the issue is related to write permissions and Origin not installing what it needs. Can you try another Clean Boot, then temporarily disable your anti-virus. At this point run an Origin reinstall again, as an administrator.

Hopefully after all this the issue will disappear and the text will display correctly.

unsirprisenly. this did nothing at all.

if i request a refund. would i beable to get that full $32 dollars back? or am i going to lose out on the 14,99  unlock thing i bought with the game?

Ah, ok. Again I can't promise anything, but I would imagine support could help.

Back on the chance of getting this fixed, can I check what language your Windows is set to, and what language your Origin is set to? If it's not English can you try changing Origin to English?

You can change this by clicking Origin in the top left, then Application Settings. The first tab will have the language select.

    Thanks.
