Make Squadrons EA's Warframe.

Let me explain. Warframe started as humble free-to-play game that has grown and evolved into something unprecedented. Part of the success of their model is that they only charge for time-saving convenience and cosmetics. Ok fine, Squadrons was 40 bucks at launch, but we all know it will be pretty cheap in upcoming Steam Sales. In that respect, small updates, mostly focused on Cosmetics and Occasionally a new map, and very rarely a new campaign - can definitely be lucrative because the game will be evergreen, not something released in the past and dead. Every season could bring new interest to the game, while remaining the humble offering that it is. If this can keep going, over time you would have a robust offering that could bring more and more people in.

This project seems low-overhead enough that they could explore this kind of business model.

In that respect, something that would be incredible, is that this game included a form of the Captura Mode in Warframe. Captura mode is a way to get complete control of a scene, with you avatar, so you can take screenshots from any angle imaginable. This opens up a whole new level of creativity. People work hard for their avatars and cosmetics in this game, a way to let them enjoy them from every angle even with some lighting customization as in Captura, would be amazing.

EA needs to start following the good guys of gaming like DE.
