Map won't load - Game stuck

Hello,

I get stuck in the loading screen just before a game.
I have been able to play 3 times only. The game successfully loaded those times. But it took me 20 trials for it to work.
So 90% it wont load and 10% it will load the game. When it is stuck in the loading of the game screen I have no choice but to ctlr+alt +del to start over the game.

My drivers are up to date.

 From time to time I also get the "Connection to EA server lost" error message. I dont know if this is related or not.

    @Grognard83 could you please re-install Origin on your system and share your DXDIAG with us: 

    1. Hold down the Windows key and press R on your keyboard.
    2. In the Run box that appears type "dxdiag"without the quotes and press OK.
    3. If you get a box asking to check if your drivers are digitally signed choose Yes.
    4. In the new window that appears, give it a few seconds to complete it's processing then click Save All Information in the bottom right.
    5. Save the text file somewhere easily accessible, I'd recommend your desktop!
    6. Double click the text file to open it, press CTRL - A to select all of the text then CTRL + C to copy.
    7. Go to http://pastebin.com, and use CTRL + V to paste the data into the webpage and click submit 
    8. Copy the link and paste it here

    When I go to a game, it'll load fine, then let me spawn in. After 5-10 seconds, the game crashed and I get an error. 

    "DirectX function "device-> CreateTexture2D(&texDesc, desc.subResourceCount != 0 ? reinterpret_cast<const D3D11_SUBRESOURCE_DATA*>(desc.subResourceData) : 0, &texture->m_texture2d)" failed with E_OUTOFMEMORY  ("Direcct3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call."). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M ", Driver:35891. Free virtual memory 4288576012kB / 4294967168kB. Make sure you have a supported graphics card with at least 2 GB."

    The game worked fine in the beta. How do I fix this?

    Hey, are you on a Lenovo laptop by chance? Other users are reporting the same issue here and here. They have a few ideas to try, if you'd like to take a gander.

    Not a Lenovo, but I do have an 860m. That seems to be the problem.

    I did all what you told me. Sent you the files you asked for. That was back in November. You never came back to me. Now I have a game that does not even work.
    Can I get an answer ASAP please?
