Unfortunately, I am having this same issue in Star Wars Battlefront. I would like to apologize in advance for creating such a long, detailed response but I figured it’d be best to be as specific as possible. My in-game character, emotes, and many other factors have been altered very recently. A couple days ago (Tuesday, March 14, 2023), I was playing with my Rebel character set as a Rodian wearing the standard/default Rebel Soldier uniform. Now, as of logging in today (Thursday, March 16, 2023), my Rebel character has changed from a Rodian to a human soldier with a short cut wearing the Rebel Officer uniform. Also, two of my emotes have changed from “Fist Bump” and “Bad Feeling” to “Shoot First” and “Too Easy.” Actually, the first thing I noticed that made me discover this discrepancy was the significant loss of credits. Earlier this week, I had just over 1,000,000 credits. Now, I have 684,784 credits. How bizarre… I, too, am unable to purchase any in-game items, such as star cards. Attempting such results with a message displaying: Purchase failed. Furthermore, my K/D Ratio has dropped from 1.42 to 1.36 (I know, it’s not that impressive). My Total Kills have also decreased significantly. Under the Challenges tab of the Stats/Multiplayer menu, I am unable to purchase a new challenge. All in all, I am pretty sure that all of my stats have somehow been reset to a much earlier time. I have no idea how this is possible as I have never heard of this issue nor has it ever occurred to me before. I am somewhat comfortable knowing that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I’m hopeful that EA will be able to resolve this. Thank you for your help.
