What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Complete up to where you get Ion Hit, Get told to 'Mash Buttons', Mash Buttons nothing happens.. Character stays stuck in a pose, doesn't matter if mash flight stick buttons, Keyboard or anything else.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Prologue, Station, At the Transports after being hit by Ion.

What happens when the bug occurs? Campaign Doesn't continue. Player character stays stuck in position doesn't mash any buttons. Despite mashing every button on both Warthog Throttle, Stick and the keyboard. Issues shown here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/757483058
What do you expect to see? The Campaign to continue on.

What components were you using? Warthog Throttle, Warthog Stick, Saitek Pedals, Reverb VR.

Want to enjoy the single player campaign but.. yeah bit hard when it doesn't move on.. Pilot just stays there in the arms up position.. am in vr. But can confirm also happens in NON VR for me.
Edit: UNLIKE the forced 'Accepted Answer' by EA (which I didn't accept mind you) Doing what some one suggested and changing from 'Mashed' to 'Hold' seems to have an impact on this issue.
