Im having a similar issue on XB1. Bought the DLC today and I cannot find a single game on the Outer Rim playlist. Puts me in an empty server every time. I can find a game in any other mode except for the Outer Rim playlist. So basically I paid $15 for two blasters, three star cards, and two heroes. Please fix it EA. It's not my Xbox. I've tried all the common fixes, including changing my matchmaking region.
