Missing non-missable Data Scan in Fallen Order

The first Remnants of a lost civilization scan is supposed to be non missable as you get it when you first open the vault on Bogano, and yet I’m doing collectable checks before completing the game and it’s not there! 🙃🙃🙃🙃
