"More content for offline Single/co-op play for Star Wars Battlefront? (PS4)"

I'm sure I'm not the only person out there asking this:

Does anybody know if there will be more content at any point for offline Single/co-op play for Star Wars Battlefront? (PS4)

Quick bit of backstory for you:

My little brother and I used to play, and still do play, the PS2 Star Wars Battlefront games and we were incredibly excited at the announcement of this game. The release date was close enough to Christmas that we agreed to make it our own gift to each other out of our own pockets, which we did. But with the first DLC release, now we find out that so much of the game is available only for online play, which was quite the buzzkill and we are tempted to try and get our Christmas money back.

The crucial point here. We live in a terrible area for internet so there is no point, and sometimes no way, of accessing anything for online play and as such we are stuck with the rather meagre Battlefront offline gameplay selection. Just to do any updates we have to send the PS4 somewhere else (a heartbreaking move for any gamer).

Though the current Battlefront offline stuff is decent (we are enjoying lobbing grenades across the Sullust factory in an explosive game of catch) it's nowhere near the same scale as the old games and they were PS2! Except for the new AI, that's definitely better than the older games AI.

Surely the PS4 would be more than capable of similar, if not superior, offline play as the older platform? Even if it's only one more game mode (Walker Assault, Walker Assault, Walker Assault), we think that the offline side of the game could be so much more. Surely there are plenty of others out there who can agree with us? Even just a little? There must be a way to make it worth our Christmas money!

If anybody has any information or could pass this on somehow to the powers that be, it would be greatly appreciated.

I do apologise if I'm in the wrong spot to post this but either way, I think it's a point that needs at least some addressing.
