More Hutt Contract Issues- Kills Not Registering, purchased contracts reset

I have completed every Hutt contract except the upgraded Dioxis grenade. It says use 20 cooling cells. I've used over 50 and none of them will register. VERY FRUSTRAING BECAUSE ITS THE LAST Hutt CONTRACT FOR ME TO UNLOCK. I contacted EA help.com. Numerous times. And so far they have never gotten back to me ! What happened to the option in EA help where you could press the button for them to call you. I did this once before and they called me back right away and fixed my issue within 5 min. ? Please help.
