More Hutt Contract Issues- Kills Not Registering, purchased contracts reset

I bought the ultimate edition of this game. Several of the Hutt contracts are bugged for me and will not register when I do what it tells me to do. It's inconsistent too: targeting rifle kills were registered for one of the Hutt contracts, and I completed that one, but they do not register for the Relby one. Same with other cards. Very frustrating--broken game.
