How was this resolved?! same has happened to me too
So far, there has ben no resolution, no patch, etc. But more and more people are reporting the issue. It appears to go back as early as July 2016 based on some older posts here.
I really want this fixed, I have at least 3 or 4 contracts that won't complete because of this issue, and they've ben sitting there for weeks.
STILL BROKEN! I logged in to check outr the Rogue One content and then I was reminded of why I stopped playing, my information is still not updating, the contracts take my money and I get the error 'Purchase Failed'. I am off tomorrow so I will work with EA technical support and see if I can get a resolution or evewn a new account created.
Did you ever get an answer on this issue, i have been having it for weeks now
