Mouse pointer keeps vanishing in menus

What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to have my HOTAS and rudders connected for use in-cockpit, but mouse for menus and everything else. For some reason my pointer keeps vanishing and the only way to get it back is to hit escape twice.

this is very aggravating.
you have to understand 99% of all pc HOTAS setups use keyboard &mouse in menus and HOTAS in cockpit. Your implementation of the menu system is a disaster and this bug is added frustration.
