My controller won't work with Jedi Fallen Order

Hello! I have an issue with Jedi Fallen Order’s controller support. I am playing on pc through steam, and I have two logitech controllers, both of which are not wireless, and work completely when playing any other game like Battlefront 2. Unfortunately, for Jedi Fallen Order, this is not the case. It says there is full controller support and I know that it should work. When I load into the game it only allows me to use the left stick to move cal forward and back, but no other buttons work. I have tried re-launching the game, resetting the controls, restarting my computer, and uninstalling and re-installing the game, but nothing has worked. What am I missing?
