SO I just downloaded the game and the game says that my ea account is offline and that I need to connect it online. When I do try to connect my account, It says that I am not allowed to be online when this was not a problem in other games.

Do you have this problem on PC or Console (Xbox One or PS4)?

Try to reboot your Xbox One and open online ports.

Its not letting me connect or it takes ages to connect
I've been getting this for over a month. Taking a long time to connect or not connecting at all. Getting 'bad connection to server' messages while playing too. What is going on? I just got high end broadband and now the problems start? Smh. I had a better connection months ago on my old internet. I didn't get these messages using a wired connection.
