My HID controllers aren't showing ingame

So today I bought SW:S and it appears that it can only see my HOTAS THROTTLE.. So I have to fly the whole game with only the throttle.. It also sees my steering wheel and odd arduino HID-s that I hav...

@Elphaba i think i got lost in step 1. from where would i need to do the backup? is it inside the squadrons config folder somewhere? ive never upgraded firmware on these rudders, they've kind of just worked nicely as is for me up until now

I¨'m not sure wether to get refund yet, so don't waste too much time on me. I need to see if a USB hub on/off solution is worth my time

@keem85m Sure, get a refund if you don't like the game, but we now have a fix for the rudders and **allegedly** a new bug-fix patch is dropping next week... but all I know is I can now easily play and everything is working as it should... except TrackIR.

@Elphaba Hmmm, I am really thinking hard about it for sure. I really want to play this game, and from what I saw the less-than-an-hour I was in it it looked really nice. I'm happy you have a solution, I'm gonna save your guide.
