@EA_Illiumno i didnt switch pc and i noticed this problem a while ago it happened after i stopped playing the game and when i returned my data was lost knowing that i didnt remove the game from my pc i just didnt play it for a while

Thanks for the additinal information, to check why did you have to copy your save data? were you getting an error message or trying to test different saves?

If we haven't reinstalled or moved game files around, I'm not entirely sure where your save could have gone but it's possible it has become corrupted,
Depending on which client you play from can you try to verfiy/repair the game files and check if this continues? Also just to check do you use mods?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
