Need help... Game won't launch...Not worried about people cheating at all

Hey EA Customer Support, I'm not sure what's going on but... I'm asking for help on a game that can't launch. Your first guy ask me for my email, which you should already have, and then the next two...

Thanks for going through this with me, I've passed this on for the team to be aware of. 

To check, do either of you have the Steam overlay enabled? If so could we try disabling it?

@EA_Illium No Steam overlay. And just for the sake of it, i turned it on and tried launching, did not launch. turned it off, and tried launching it, did not launch.
