Hi there, @Revolution684.
Normally, your account stays flagged for DLC you already purchased. Where did you purchase the DLC from? Also, are you sure you're on the same account the DLC was purchased on? It doesn't transfer between accounts.

Your account is entitled to the Deluxe Edition so you should be able to just download everything through the PlayStation store. Have you tried logging in at playstation.com and downloading from there?
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo I looked and I still had to pay for all the DLCs. However, I had access to a bundle where you gain access to all the fully upgraded star cards and all weapons, outside of the Hutt Contracts. So I am sure that its some sort of weird corruption in the account, as I got that for free but still cant get the DLCs for free.
