Never got my pre order code (not deluxe edition code) the yellow sabers code etc

 I would strongly suggest to contact your retailer, where you purchased the game, as you seem not to have received the full product. This article will help you understand how you can activate your preorder content. 

Please do not post any private details on public forums, for your own safety. 

@EA_Unity i contacted my retailer BEST BUY AND GAMESTOP they said to contact EA games or my codes for ps4. so may i ask, what do i do? can EA give me the codes if i show proof of purchase or footage of the game installed on ps4? its sad the codes i was entitled too now are selling on bay for100.00 or more. USA codes. not available to buy them on psn store either, i have ea access, paid for a years service, but nothing for fallen order which is very odd. the light saber hilt, color, ship color, but mainly my costumes dlc is what i need and should have gotten, can ea give me a "costume" code for my fallen order ps4? keep in mind i pre ordered.

so , I have double checked again and just wanted to suggest looking through your your receipts as some of the shops print the extra codes on to them.

Either way, we cannot supply separate codes, especially for consoles. Please check your receipts and content and go back to your retailer.
