New Patch and Legendary Beast Trophy Still Bugged (Not Appearing)

Summarize your bug There was a patch release today, so I booted the game up to try and get the Legendary Beast Trophy. I was able to have the Albino Spider spawn in and defeated him on the first try, however the trophy has still not appeared. This is getting very annoying as I am close to the platinum but bugs like these are making it hard for me to pick the controller back up and continue playing. I feel like my time is being wasted. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Kill the 4 beasts and see if the trophy appears
What happens when the bug occurs? I haven't received the trophy but have beat all 4 beasts
