New Skirmish mode...hope there are going to be aditions

The New Skirmish mode is a great idea.

I hope that there are plans to work on it a lot more however.

1) A big disappointment is not being able to import/have your MP custom loadouts/hand.

2) Another disappointment is not being able to import your character appearance form MP either.

3) Also; Collected stats from matches would be good, and star achievements like there are for the other single player modes would be good to see.

4) At present the AI (certainly playing as rebels in Walker Assault) is pretty terrible. They have so little Strategic/tactical awareness concerning the uplink stations. Most of the time I am the only one actually doing anything, I am surrounded by imps fighting off wave after wave of them on my own with not even one single ally within range; where are they all? It just makes it lack a sense of immersion.

As a suggestion:I think a great idea would be to have a small controllable squad that you could give orders to (like in games like Mass Effect and KOTOR).

I really hope that these skirmish modes are built upon, because they just feel a bit flat and lifeless at present.

    @WhackABucket Thanks for the feedback.

    I think some of the AI is tuned so that you're always the star, I found roaming a lot and pushing into the enemy lines was useful to grab the win.

    I don't know what plans there are regarding development of Skirmish mode, but when there's any news we'll be sure to let folks know.

    Thanks for doing that. I remember that when the first 2 battlefronts came out the only mode I would play on them was instant action (against AI). I like how the game became focused on multiplayer in the 3rd one but with the edition of skirmish I started playing it a lot more and it even convinced most of my friends to buy. Although it did start to get boring without any new game modes or maps. Now I have the DLC and I would love for there to be more if not maybe even all new game modes included in skirmish like the new death star expansion. The new dlc maps would be nice to if they were included and the ability to customize the classes it would really bring back a lot of the hype that first came with this game and I believe it would even bring itself back on the market. So in conclusion thanks and I really hope that they do start to focus on this new mode that they have created because it can become so much more than what it is now.
