Nightmare ruins chest glitches and won’t open.

Same here on PS4 Pro. Red chest on nightmare ruins. All enemies have been killed, which are 3 archers and multiple undead that spawn in that area. I have tried circling back to the location, no luck. Throwing myself off the cliff to respawn. No luck. This is very annoying, since it's the only thing I need to 100%!!

PLEASE fix
