Nightmare ruins chest glitches and won’t open.

Had the same issue, killed all the enemies couldn't slice the chest, tried to meditate and reset enemies no luck. What worked was to close the game completely (PS4) and restart it, I spawned at the meditation circle ran back to the chest and it worked. Hopefully it'll help someone
