Nineth Sister will not die!!!!!!!!!

Summarize your bug Ninth Sister Boss fight bug. I am at full health the ninth sister has no health and will not die. This is so frustrating and I do not understand why EA does fix this bug. It is crap and inexcusable this bug is still around and they should have fixed it a long time ago. I would like an explanation from the devs why they cannot fix it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fight Ninth Sister. Devs can do it but it is terrible frustrating to part time players/
What happens when the bug occurs? I die
What do you expect to see? NIneth Sister dies
