No download code in the PS4 gamebox for my pre-ordered fallen order

i didn't receive any download code for my pre-order bonus in my game box. does the pre-order bonus just download by itself? or did i get screwed on my purchase?

@jonricco For missing pre-ordered code from a physical box I can only recommend that you go back to your seller of the game that you are missing the code.
