This is still an issue. Also it's not only missing in menus, I can't see the indicator that shows where your mouse is relative to your crosshair. Which means if I want to stop turning I just have to guess where the center is since there's no indication.
i got the problem when i play with mouse and keyboard in vr that my mouse cursor goes out of the game and when i click the mouse button iam in windows and have to tab in again and in this time iam dead already :D tried fullscreen, borderless and windows mode. got this only in vr
