I am also missing this data scan in my databank and do not get the option to scan, but I'm fairly certain when I originally went through this area that I had the scan option and did the scan. I'm on PC though.
Yeah I guess we won't know if it's counted in the percent until we get everything else, but if DOES NOT show in the databank I bet it won't count as 100 percent? Guess we'll find out. Thanks for the reply!
It does count towards 100%, I have 100% completion but can't scan the mural although I'm certain I scanned it when given the option once, anyways, it shows as 12/13 but my save is 100%, so I guess it counts but it's a bug nonetheless. I still got the achievement on Xbox One for all data scanned.
