How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go stand in front of the mural and BD-1 will not activate scan or if he scans it doesn't appear in databank.
What happens when the bug occurs? BD-1 doesn't activate scan or the log doesn't appear in the databank
What do you expect to see? See response above
This has happen the 3 times I have tried to get it and it is annoying.
Same for PS4 so that makes all platforms now
