Not all chests are registering as being opened/collected. Halts 100% completion.

Same Issue here... And One with the Databank The Researcher entry # 13 faded mural.

I’m just waiting for the patch to fix it so I can get, The Achievement Collector!

And truly say I’ve completed the game 100%.
Love the game but I still want more to do...
