On xbox one, my game won't launch it keeps sending me back to the xbox home page

On xbox one my game will launch but immediately sends me back to the xbox home page saying battlefront took too long to open I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods and nothing has worked

It does the same thing to me and its on two different games and I have contacted Microsoft and they told me to come here but I would call them or text them maybe there methods will work
