Depending on your platform theres a few additional steps we can try, but first have you gone through the steps here?

• Verify both in-game settings and console settings do not block Cross-Play access
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• For console:
  • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
  • Open your PS5 NAT Type

I tried that, and stayed online for 20 minutes waiting and at the end got the error code. I made sure that cross play was switched on, I wasn't able to find any multiple player games. I'm playing it on PC - via the EA app. I tried to Google it and check why I was getting the error code and not finding any multiple player games, Google directed me to Discord, so I created an account at Discord and joined the link which I found on google (Star Wars Squadron server link ), when I joined the lobby or server for the game. I asked them was this the star wars squadron server and they told that the multiple player server was kind of dead.

Thanks for the additional information!

If we are running into an issue where not enough players are online when you try to play. We could try checking at a different time and/or on a different day to see if you can get into a match.
