Online Gameplay

I also have this issue. I have posted about it before, but I always get the same answer, to try opening my ports. Well I opened my ports, and it didn't fix my problem. I am in America, and I am on Time Warner so I do not have an extenuating circumstances that should be causing this, and it is only this game!!!!! It is driving me nuts and now it is really making me mad.

I have perfect connection with all my other games too, it's just this one game that has connection problems. It's been laggy for a week and a half now and I'm starting to get pissed too. It's annoying how I cant even enjoy a round of cargo.

Is it possible they are having server issues but refusing to admit it?

I have been experiencing the exact same for about a week now and I live in London.
