I have a similar problem. I have three devices: Thrustmaster T.16000m, Virpil Throttle, and vJoy device (for axis curves). When configuring joystick settings, I only see the throttle and vJoy as options, as well as seeing only two assignment options (Joystick 1, Joystick 2).
When I disabled my vJoy driver, I can see the throttle and stick. I'm going to attempt to re-enable the vJoy driver and see if there is any change (doubtful).
Re-enabling vJoy had no effect. Screenshot of the issue below: two joystick option; only 2 of 3 devices recognized.
