Only the first four controller devices are available to be selected

hi guys. I found a fix for my rudder pedals not being detected:

Use joystick gremlin.

It'll force a vjoy device that the game can't ignore. Just set that vjoy to your rudder pedals and the game will see it and you'll be able to bind them to it.

You can probably do the same with any other device like a throttle unit or joystick.
