Same. I managed to workaround this last night by changing the three Flight Stick selections to my Vjoy 1 & 2 devices, then using Gremlin to map my VKB Gladiator and Virpil Throttle through Vjoy 1 & 2 as I do with some older games. Messy to say the least, as I had multiple Vjoy 1 devices and it took forever to setup in and out of VR -- but it worked for a couple hours of game time.
Tonight I fired it up to frustratingly find all my game settings and control bindings reset, which I presume had to do with today's patch?
Curiously, I also noticed tonight that my throttle was detected as a fourth Flight Stick option, but only once. Restarted the game and was back to three configurable Flight Stick options that only detected the two Vjoy devices and my stick.
Have to shelve this title until this is sorted. Huge bummer because its tons of fun.
