I've had the same issue with the Virpil Mongoose throttle, gen 1.

Game will not recognize the device at all, so I can't bind any controls. Had to refund the game until this is fixed.

@NascentSelitos You're not alone. I have the exact same issue with my gen 1 virpil throttle. I wonder if it's because the game can't handle the number of buttons and axis on it. Either way it's ridiculous because I've never played a game with this issue in the last several years.
