What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I have more than 3 controllers plugged into my computer. Squadrons only recognizes 3, and which 3 it picks seems random. I have to unplug all but two sticks and my rudders to be able to use the ones I want.

What happens when the bug occurs? I have to close the game, unplug extra controllers and start it back up.

Not only my joystick stopped working after the update but the option to choose the device disappeared. So now only my throttle works in flight. before I could select only two devices while I have three CH Products controllers - joystick, throttle and pedals.
