Origin can't update my game

Summarize your bug I can't update Jedi Fallen Order, all I get is "Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission." And the prompt never comes up. The update just stays paused. I've reinstalled origin multiple times, I CAN'T uninstall the game, I've ran origin as administrator, I'm clueless at this point.
