Origin Lake Exploration Bug

Summarize your bug I have found every secret and chest and echo in the Origin Lake and am still stuck at 92 percent explored. I even found the underwater tunnel/cave with the secret there that should bump you from 92 to 100 but it didn't.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm unsure if you can find it as it is just me.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get a 100% explored are for Origin Lake even if i did explore every nook and cranny above and underwater.
What do you expect to see? A 100% explored area but I'm still stuck at 92%
Got every chest, echo, scan, and secret in the Origin Lake but an still stuck at 92% explored for the area. This even includes that underwater tunnel/cave with the Force Essence secret. I've spent hours running around the area like an idiot only to still have a 92% exploration rating for the area when everything is found.
