You NAMED no drivers. If it's for Intel's Mickey Mouse / Tinker Toy video chip, forget that. It's meaningless as offered, and should actually read something like this: "Launcher unable to find any active game-capable video graphics adapter, and will shut down".
Recommended PC System Requirements
OS: 64-bit Windows 10 or later
Processor (Intel): Intel i5 6600 or equivalent (3.3 / 3.9 GHz)
Memory: 16GB RAM
Hard Drive: At least 40 GB of free space
Graphics card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce GTX 970 4GB
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon R9 290 4GB
DirectX: 11.1 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection

I actually figured it out. I am running it in compatibility mode, and that seemed to work. Yes, the Intel driver suggestion did nothing at all. Whatever I did, it is now working fine. Thank you for your suggestions, and sorry I did not originally NAME drivers.

Glad to hear it's working, but your swapping between player account IDs *is* just slightly confusing!

how di u do that

The error message is a red herring. It's inaccurate, since none of the Intel graphics drivers are able to magically convert a Mickey Mouse Toy into an actual, real, video graphics adapter card.
