Outer Rim content not available
I purchased the deluxe edition and season pass when the game was released, and after downloading the update today it wouldn't let me play the Outer Rim content saying it's not downloaded and would only send me to the Xbox store to purchase it. I uninstalled the Outer Rim update but then couldn't find it in the "my games and apps" window to download again. I uninstalled the main game thinking it would automatically download the DLC, but it didn't.
So now I can play the game but I still don't have access to the Outer Rim content.
How do I reinstall the DLC and what do I do if it won't let me use it again?

Well, I got mine to work.
I didn't have to go to a web browser. Instead, I looked for the season pass within the PSN store.
Once I found it, it was showing up as "not downloaded". But it was listed in my purchases as already having it.
So I downloaded it again, restarted Battlefront and it worked.
Give it a try and see if it works.
