OUTER RIM UPDATE - EXP, CREDITS AND LEVELS MISSING/LOWERED (LVL 54 DOWN TO 50)

So just when I thought EA and Dice would have released a whole, unbroken piece of content, they went ahead and messed up big time on one of the biggest franchises ever!

I was playing the outer rim with my friends since it came out, of course we noticed that after EVERY SINGLE GAME, we would be rewarded with ABSOLUTELY 0 EXP AND 0 CREDITS, but we were still leveling up from kills and challenges.

I went to bed yesterday after leveling up past 54 almost to 55 with several thousand credits, but upon booting up the game my score, and level has been reset to pre-dlc levels.

WHAT IS GOING ON?

PLUS WHERE IS THE TACTICAL ROLL/DODGE YOU PROMISED?

@Table_9 No credits should be lost, but unfortunately in order to apply a fix for an issue that was preventing players from finishing matches, users ranks were reset.

We have no way to re-rank those affected by this, so the ranks will need to be earned again.

As mentioned, no credits should be lost, though, and despite the post-game indicator they should be earned at the regular rate.

  • So you fix a problem for some of your customers, but the rest of us can just go whistle hey?

You release date for this update was shocking, and the new heroes, not the best choice, yet you're happy to take our money.

Hows about you try, and fix our level problem, as you admit to causing it. We don't want to be spending our hard earned cash on incomplete products, if anything else I bought did't work properly, I'd expect a replacement, refund, or some sort of compensation.

Your EA live chat is useless, and they just close the case before giving any information, it might help if you employed gamers, rather than just open a call centre in a foreign land.

I'm completely unimpressed with the accessibility and level of customer service I have been able to receive thus far.
